Thomas Jefferson is my favorite Founding Father. He did so many things for our country. His quote, “I cannot live without books,” is true in my life. I love reading! Some of my favorite book series are Harry Potter, Warriors, and Percy Jackson. Maybe Thomas Jefferson was exaggerating a little when he said he couldn’t LIVE without books. But, maybe he meant life would be harder if we didn’t have books. So, maybe I should say, “Life would be hard without books.”
